Earlier this Summer, we launched our first ever Kindness Cafe with the aim of using good food and good intentions to bring people together. 

If you missed out on getting involved in our live pop-ups, or if you popped by and are hungry for more, then check out these delicious, nutritious recipes created and filmed at our #KindnessCafe event on London’s Southbank.  

Every dish has been produced by chef Manju Mali for Cranble, and can be made in 10 minutes or less, so why not try recreating one today and discover how easy it is to cook healthy, plant-based meals and snacks for everybody. 

All the recipes in this series are vegetarian but can be adapted to cater for other dietary requirements by simply swapping out the dairy and / or wheat ingredients for your favourite free-from substitute.
