Build-your-own leftovers Mezze Bowl
Make a big tray of roasted veg at the start of the week, or use leftovers from a
previous meal, so you can easily whip up this delicious bowl for a quick and
easy mid week dinner!
- 1 packet of Gosh! beetroot falafels
- 1 packet of Gosh! cocktail sausages
- Pre-cooked pouch of grains: quinoa/bulgur/couscous
- Left over roasted veg
- Fresh chopped raw veg: carrots/cucumber/tomato/avocado
- Salad leaves
- Sauce/dip: salad dressing/ hummus
