Build-your-own leftovers Mezze Bowl

Make a big tray of roasted veg at the start of the week, or use leftovers from a
previous meal, so you can easily whip up this delicious bowl for a quick and
easy mid week dinner!


  • 1 packet of Gosh! beetroot falafels
  • 1 packet of Gosh! cocktail sausages
  • Pre-cooked pouch of grains: quinoa/bulgur/couscous
  • Left over roasted veg
  • Fresh chopped raw veg: carrots/cucumber/tomato/avocado
  • Salad leaves
  • Sauce/dip: salad dressing/ hummus
