Gosh! Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice (uncooked)
- 3-4 cups of sliced vegetables of choice
- 1 packet of Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora Bites
- 1 cup of sweet chilli sauce
Method
- Heat a wok on the stove and add a drizzle of oil
- Once the pan is hot, add in your frozen Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora bites and your favourite chopped up vegetables (we used pepper, onion, kale, carrot & cabbage)
- Stir fry the vegetables and Gosh! until they become soft, then add in half a cup of sweet chilli sauce
- Mix until the sauce is fully combined then take off the heat and serve which some rice, noodles or quinoa for a delicious and quick dinner
