- 1 packet of Gosh! 6 Veggie Sausages
- 1/2 a roll of gluten free or regular puff pastry
- Plant milk
- Sesame seedssp & golden)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Roll out your puff pastry on a clean board and slice into six, 1 inch thick, long pieces.
- Wrap each veggie sausage in a piece of the puff pastry, press down gently as you go.
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Paste with a little plant milk and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 mins (until the pastry is just crisp & golden).
