You can’t beat a classic burger. Unless it’s covered with a mouth-wateringly tasty vegan sauce, of course. Give @MessyLittleVegan’s burger recipe a go – we promise it won’t disappoint.
Ingredients:
- Gosh! Mushroom, Puy Lentil & Butter Bean Burgers
- Gosh! Beetroot, Carrot & Kale Burgers
- Burger buns (gluten free options available)
- Buffalo tomatoes
- Coriander
- Soy yogurt
- French mustard
- Your choice of side
- Preheat oven to electric 200°/ fan oven 180°/ gas mark 6, and cook Mushroom, Puy Lentil & Butter Bean and Beetroot, Kale & Quinoa Burgers in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes
- Slice tomatoes
- Mix soy yogurt and French mustard to make a heavenly sauce
- Halve the buns and toast under a hot grill
- Stack your burger, topping with coriander and a drizzle of sauce
- Serve with your favourite side – we love sweet potato fries
