Make the veggie option centre-stage of any social event with these sizzling skewers. Our bites are perfect for cooking up a BBQ feast that everyone can enjoy. Follow the recipe below or get creative with your veggie skewer combinations!


This is a rough guide — you can chop and change the ingredients to suit you.

Gosh! Bites – chose your favourite flavour (we recommend three bites per skewer).
Sweet potatoes
Portobello mushrooms
Bell peppers — red, orange, yellow, green — whichever colour you like!
Red onion

For the seasoning:

Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Dried basil
Dried oregano


  1. Wash your sweet potatoes and pierce with a fork; cook in either a microwave or oven until knife tender. Once the potatoes have cooled down, cut into chunks.
  2. Cut up the courgettes, onion, peppers, mushrooms into similar sized chunks. Thread your vegetables, sweet potato and choice of Gosh! Bites onto skewers. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate dish, prepare a mixture of basil, oregano, smoked paprika and garlic powder — sprinkle evenly over the skewers.
  4. Pop onto the BBQ and grill until slightly charred. Alternatively, if the weather doesn’t permit you can still enjoy these on your grill indoors.
