We want you to enjoy an abundance of flavour, everyday. That’s why at Gosh! we’re passionate about creating nutritious, delicious food, packed full of real ingredients you can recognise. Our range has something for everyone — no matter what the occasion, you’ll find plenty of choice here!

The Gosh! fans are delivering on the dish inspiration front and certainly proving that variety is the spice of life. If you’re feeling stuck in-between the seasonal changes, feast on some favourite flavours picked by four foodies to nourish your body and mind.

Construct a handy wrap

@hamilton_sammy used our Broad Bean & Quinoa Bites as the centre for her spicy, flavour filled wraps. Want to get your hands on one of these? Add to the mix bulgar wheat, cucumber, grilled peppers, tender-stem broccoli, barista roasted chickpeas, avocado purée and the hot mama sauce — and that’s a wrap!

Can you recommend any tasty additions to pair with Gosh!?
For a snack I’d have them with a variety of dips like hummus, vegan pestos, or sweet chilli sauces, but I usually have them as part of a meal. They’re quite filling so they go well with something light like a salad; I’d typically combine them with spinach, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.”

Swap your meatballs for ‘beet’balls

@leesshlovesfood made this delicious vegetarian pasta for lunch. She swapped meatballs for our Beetroot Falafel — a great meat-free protein addition to brighten up any pasta dish. To complete the meal, mix in tomato sauce, grilled yellow peppers and grated cheese and top it off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze!

Q&A with @lesshlovesfood

What’s your favourite Gosh! product and why?
“My favourite Gosh products are the falafel range. I often will heat them in the oven until they’re warm and serve with hummus, veggies and pita bread as a snack, or if I am making a pasta dish I will often use them instead of meatballs!”

Make a satisfying sandwich filler

Stuck on lunchbox ideas? @messilymeg sandwiched our Tuscan Vegetable Bites between @foodforlifebaking flourless Ezekiel bread to fuel her active day.
Spread creamy avocado and mango chutney then fill with sliced gherkin and fresh cucumber for a filling that really will fulfil you!

Q&A with @messilymeg

What’s your favourite Gosh! product and why?
“My favourite has to be the Mixed Seed, Quinoa, Carrot & Coriander Bakes because they’re so squishy and have such a sweet, nutty herby taste and I LOVE that they’re the only vegan burgers I can find that are made of whole healthy plant foods with real ingredients!”

Can you recommend any tasty additions to pair with Gosh!
“I’d pair a Gosh! bake with steamed veggies and a grain dish like rice or buckwheat, topped off with plain fried onion, mango chutney and avocado!
I also really love making the bakes into burgers by sandwiching them between portobello mushroom ‘buns’ with salad, pickles and ketchup, served with sweet potato chips.”

Build a Buddha bowl

Get a belly full of @zen_eats_ Buddha bowls. Our Sweet Potato Pakoras have been combined with sriracha mushrooms, spinach, carrot, pitta, hummus, olives, gherkins, cucumber and tomatoes. This is certainly a healthy and quick way to pack in the veg!

Q&A with @zen_eats_

What’s your favourite Gosh! product and why?
“My favourite Gosh! products are the Sweet Potato Pakora because I’m a big fan of Indian cuisine and these are so tasty — it’s also really helpful that they actually contain one of your five a day too! The Original Falafel is also a firm favourite for me too as it’s so versatile, a good source of protein and is easy to cook!”

Can you recommend any tasty additions to pair with Gosh!?
“My favourite way of pairing any of the Gosh! Bites is by getting a little creative and making a Buddha bowl with things like salad, hummus, rice or couscous, sweet potato and a satay or sriracha type dressing. The bakes are great in a pitta or wrap with peppers, salad, olives and gherkins.”
