1. Photographer offers spontaneous free photoshoot to travelling newlyweds

Photographer Debbie was travelling on a train from Manchester to London when a newlywed couple boarded. After offering her congratulations, they told her they were on their way to The Ritz to begin their honeymoon and Debbie offered to photograph them there and then, free of charge.

2. Paramedics save worried mother from getting a parking fine

A mother rushing her child to A&E was helped by paramedics when they spotted a parking warden approaching her car. The North West Private Ambulance Liaison Services team had seen Sarah Moore hurriedly rushing from her vehicle with her daughter after she cracked her head in an accident at home, so shared a note to let her know they’d taken care of the inspector for her.

  1. Boy donates his trainers to new friend

Ethan, from New York, donated a pair of his trainers to a new friend he’d made playing basketball when he noticed he wasn’t wearing shoes. The boy explained that he was new to America and didn’t own any, and appeared delighted with the selfless gift.
