  1. The promoter is: Great Food Limited (Registered in England, company no. 04431334) whose registered office is at Unit 1, Europa Business Park, Maidstone Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BD.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of Great Food Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or the competition.
  3. Great Food Limited reserves the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time, and may use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. Entrants may only enter the competition in their own name. Entries submitted through agents or third parties will not be accepted.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. Entrants will need to have access to the internet to enter the competition and to be notified if they have won or to be notified about any changes to the competition.
  6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. Enter the competition by providing your full name and email address at https://gosh.d.cxgrp.co.uk/#playful-getaway. Entries must be submitted in the name of a single individual. The individual submitting the entry is the only individual who will be entered into the competition.
  8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  9. Start date for entry will be midnight (00:00 Greenwich Mean Time) on 5th February 2018. Before this time no entries to the competition will be permitted.
  10. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 (Greenwich Mean Time) on 4th May 2018. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  11. The competition requires a minimum of 800 entries. If the minimum requirement of entries are not met then the competition closing date will be extended by 28 days.
  12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that have not been received for any given reason.
  13. The prize draw will only include entrants that are actively subscribed to the newsletter at the closing date of the competition. Individuals who have unsubscribed from the newsletter before the closing date of the competition will not be included in the prize draw.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  15. Great Food Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  16. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  17. There is one prize consisting of:
    1. £800 gift card for Sawday’s Canopy & Stars (https://www.canopyandstars.co.uk/)
    2. £200 cash payable by cheque in the name of the winner only.
  18. A signature may be required upon delivery of each part of the prize.
  19. Great Food Limited shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged or faulty gift cards.
  20. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  21. The prizes are not transferable.
  22. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  23. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
  24. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the competition winner and pick a replacement winner.
  25. The winner will receive their prize within 28 days of acceptance of their prize and providing any additional information required for delivering the prize.
  26. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  27. Great Food Limited‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  28. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  29. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  31. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  33. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Food Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this promotion. This does not affect any statutory rights.
